Who We Are
AllPhase Contractors is a local contracting company on Treasure Island. We work on roofs, remodels and ground-up new homes, with a focus on the Pinellas beaches where we live and work.
The name says what we do. We handle every phase of a project, from the roof over your head to a full rebuild after a storm. After Hurricanes Helene and Milton in 2024, that matters more than ever on the islands.
We're a hands-on local team. When you call, you talk to people who know your job and will be there to see it through. We'd rather do the work right and keep you informed than rush through it.
Our Licenses
We hold two Florida contractor licenses:
- Certified General Contractor, license CGC1533136
- Certified Building Contractor, license CBC1266054
These are state certified licenses issued through the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
You can verify any Florida contractor's license, including ours, on the DBPR website at myfloridalicense.com. We encourage every homeowner to check before hiring anyone.
Where We Work
Our first focus is the barrier islands: Treasure Island, Madeira Beach, St. Pete Beach, the Redingtons and Indian Rocks Beach. Next comes St. Petersburg and Gulfport. We also take on select projects in Sarasota.
What We Do
- Roofing: replacement, repair, storm damage repair, and metal, tile, shingle and flat TPO roofs.
- Home remodeling: kitchens, baths, whole-home remodels, additions, post-flood restoration and impact windows and doors. See our remodeling page.
- New homes: elevated homes and teardown-and-rebuild projects. See our elevated home builder page.
How We Work
- We inspect. We look at the roof, attic, walls or whole home, depending on the job, and take photos of what we find.
- You get a written estimate. It lists the scope, materials and what's included, so you know what you're paying for.
- We pull the permits. Every beach town has its own building department and its own rules. We handle the paperwork and schedule the inspections.
- We keep you updated. You get regular updates and photos as the work moves along, even if you're not in town.
- We close out cleanly. On roof jobs, we provide wind mitigation paperwork that documents how the roof was built.
Why One Contractor for Every Phase
On the islands, jobs rarely stay in one lane. A roof leak turns into a ceiling and drywall repair. A flood remodel runs into the FEMA 50 percent rule and becomes a question about raising or rebuilding. A new home needs a roof built for Gulf wind.
Storms also tend to cause more than one kind of damage at once. Wind can tear off part of a roof while surge floods the first floor. If two or three different contractors split that work, you end up coordinating schedules, permits and inspections yourself.
When one team handles all of it, nothing falls between two contractors. You have one schedule, one point of contact and one company that answers for the work. We also know how each phase affects the next, so the roof, the walls and the flood details fit together the way they should.
